I’ve been having some health issues that affect my ability to walk. Your staff went out of their way to help me. The night staff offered help, but I was able to manage on my own. When I checked out , the woman at the desk (Jamie, I believe) actually carried some of my things to my car. What a kind and caring thing to do without even being asked!

I booked this room last minute for a concert over the weekend and i will definitely stay here again the room was spotless and the staff was great!!

A big shout out, go to Ana, Frankie, Mary Beth, Mike Madison and Jesse. They made our stay me and my younger son worthwhile.

Whitehurst

Close to shops and restaurants in Amherst area. Easy on/off to maple road or the 290 and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were exceptional!! Clean facility love that there’s no carpet in the rooms. And the cookie is always wonderful!!
